Cooking with Friends



Last Saturday my friends Jc, RC and Chef Angel went to my place ng afternoon sabi sa akin they will cook daw. So kahit na wala pa akong tamang sleep (2 hours pa lang) I said to them go (that's how much i love my friends) oh well so thats it! Around 2ish in the afternoon attack na ang mga baklers to cook hahaha.

Chef Angel will be the one to cook daw and RC and Jc will prepare the ingredients for Adobo and Chopsuey (gulay... No happiness) but since JC requested for it so why not. For Adobo naman (will super miss the adobo) so slight na excite ako kasi my fave adobo was luto ni Imelda and my ex boyfriend Rey. Why not lets try the Adobo of Chef Angel. On a personal note just want to thank Ats Jc (My Nff) for buying all the ingredients isa sa mga generous friend ko.

Jc, Rc and Chef Angel making my kitchen na maging kitchen talaga because i don't usually cook pag trip ko lang. 

While cooking i just realized na the view of my kitchen is the Grand Ballroom of Marriot Hotel, funny lang kasi may mga dumadaan na mga constructions worker and na fun lang sila hahah so love it. 1st Ulam is the Chopsuey. 

Oh My Gulay Chopsuey for them is Love but for me kikiam sa chapsuey is Happiness... Im not kasi magulay na tao, i hate eating gulay lalo na ok ang veggies sa katawan... But for me.. No! Hahaha i think for gulay lover like JC and RC may happiness plus the way nang pagka cooked is ok kasi super na enjoy nila, sorry i dont judge for the gulay kasi never ko talaga ni love ang gulay but the kikiam is LOVE

Next the Chicken Adobo, honestly bet na bet ko talaga magluto ng Adobo but super na fail talaga nung mga try ko for adobo... Oh well wag na iforce yung sarili ko kasi nothing will happen talaga for adobo pag ako nagluto. Sabi ko kay Chef Angel medyo gawin nyang Spicy yung Adobo kasi super love ko, so naglagay naman sya ng maraming sili as per request.

The Chicken Adobo, infairness na love ko the adobo, spicy and the chicken is malambot mismong the laman na ang humihiwalay sa bone, and hindi sya masyadong masabaw, well maybe fault din namin kasi while doing the adobo we are making chicka hahaha until na wala na yung sabaw but masarap pa rin naman and i can say one of my fave lutong adobo.

Next is the Fried Galonggung, nff told me na everytime mag GG ako try ko daw i boil ang GG with vinegar with Garlic para daw super malasa, so ginawa ko naman sya medyo slight matagal lang but fun naman, we are 4 so for sure mapaparami ang eat nila kaya bumili ako ng 1 kilo of GG for us. Boiled sa Suka then after saka lagyan ng pepper and magic sarap plus salt.

So Thats it! Happy Kid naman ang mga Friends ko! I think this is a new way of bonding sa mga friends not just party, clubbing and inum. I can say na cooking is the best kasi while waiting para ma luto  the food more chicka and catch up ang nagagawa.
