Statement from my Doctor

This what you need to do to prevent your hypertension.

Maintain a healthy weight. When it comes to hypertension prevention, your weight is crucial. 

Eat a balanced diet. More vegetables pls 

Cut back on salt. 

Exercise regularly. I suggest na mag yoga ka makakahelp sayo yan.

Limit the alcohol. Wag ka masyadong mag walwal using your term

Monitor your blood pressure. Papadalahan kita ng kit para you can monitor your bp from time to time

Sleep properly wag ka na masyado mag puyat at least mag 8hours of sleep ka. Your too young to for hypertension lalo na nasa history ng family mo yan. 

Stop smoking its not good for your health. 

Have a break from your work at least 2 to 3 weeks then after that balik ka ng St.Lukes for your check up.
