6 Minute Morning Workout Before Shower


Crush calories and incinerate fat in less than 6 minutes. Not having enough time to workout is no longer an excuse to skip your routine. 

Do this short yet intense workout before your morning shower to get fit and lean. It's a full body workout that only uses your bodyweight as resistance and works both upper and lower body. 

Complete all four moves in sequence with minimal rest between exercises.
